Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

WesTrac is seeking a highly organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be based in our Tomago Head Office and support two General Managers. This position is a fulltime 12-month maternity leave cover with ability to be considered for other permanent opportunities following completion.
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as: arranging travel, compiling reports, reconciling expenses, coordinating conferences/meetings and managing calendars.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide confidential and personalised administration support to required groups
  • Managing inboxes, diaries and project coordination platforms
  • Prioritise incoming enquiries, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner
  • Arrange business travel, conference meetings and create itineraries
  • Collation of documentation/data for meetings and presentations
  • Reconciling monthly expenses
  • Recording meeting minutes and formatting reports for board submissions
