Worldwide, we are the #1 real estate team for all of EXP, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Personal Brand Manager to support our CEO in strategically growing their personal brand.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Personal Brand Manager will act as an executive assistant to the CEO with a focus on managing and enhancing their personal brand. This role involves handling social media content, managing podcasts and public speaking engagements, and ensuring all content aligns with the CEO’s personal and professional goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in personal branding, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the CEO.
Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms.
Follow the CEO to capture social media footage, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
Manage and coordinate all podcast appearances and public speaking engagements.
Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all branding activities are scheduled and executed efficiently.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align the CEO’s personal brand with the company’s goals.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding strategies and adjust as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in personal branding and social media management.
