Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Content Creator & Brand Videographer to join our team. This full-time, dynamic role requires the individual to follow the President and document key moments across the business, providing a behind-the-scenes look into both the President’s life, as well as the daily operations and milestones of the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in videography, content creation, and editing, with a strong understanding of digital media strategies to elevate the personal brand and the company’s corporate presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting Daily Life & Business Operations: Follow the CEO 5-6 days per week, capturing personal moments, business activities, meetings, travel (North America), events, and key milestones related to both the CEO’s journey and the company’s growth.
  • Videography & Cinematography: Film high-quality, professional-grade content that showcases both the personal brand and the company’s culture, operations, and impact. Ensure footage is visually engaging and on-brand for the company.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling, polished content, with a focus on storytelling that resonates with both internal and external audiences. Ensure all content is aligned with the and the company’s brand voice.
  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and key team members to develop a strategic content calendar that covers important company events, milestones, and personal moments that will engage the audience and promote the brand’s narrative.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s core values and reflects the professionalism and vision of the company. This includes high-end corporate content as well as more casual behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the publishing of content across multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring it is optimized for maximum engagement and brand alignment.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure content is aligned with broader company campaigns, announcements, and brand positioning.
  • Creative Input: Provide creative direction and insights to enhance the storytelling aspect of all content, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and consistency across all produced materials.
  • Content Asset Management: Maintain an organized content library, managing both raw footage and edited assets for easy retrieval and future use
