Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for Personal Cruise Consultants to join our dedicated Holland America Line close-knit team! This full-time permanent role will see you proactively following up with prospective customers and guests who have interacted with our brand. Once you have assessed their needs, you will provide current promotional options then guide guests to transform their cruising interest into confident voyage choices and achieve personal and company sales targets - all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity; selling the right cruise to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with contacted leads to facilitate repeat business.
- Manage existing bookings to ensure accuracy and maintain information in required systems.
- Champion and be an ambassador for the Holland America Line team including working with and developing outbound processes.
- Pro-actively develop a lead follow-up process and strategy, including diary management to contact leads in a timely manner and the provision of further information.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:
- 2 years’ experience as a Personal Cruise Consultant or in a Contact centre Sales environment
- Proven customer service and sales experience, including a track record in achieving/exceeding targets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a highly successful team.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Confidence using a computer with intermediate MS Office
- Strong administration, attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to be in the office for 3 weeks product and systems training to ensure you are set up for success!
