Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs.
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including regular checks and minor repairs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Work hours: 10am-7pm (OT as and whenever required
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport the Managing Director/CEO, their family, senior management, and guests to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, social events, and cross-border trips to Malaysia.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Managing Director/CEO’s personal and professional affairs.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate the Managing Director/CEO’s schedule and any changes or last-minute requests.
- Communicate effectively with the Managing Director/CEO, their family, senior management, and guests, ensuring clear understanding of pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions.
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties when necessary.
