Personal Injury Case Manager

We are in search of a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Tacoma or Renton. The role will require you to manage and negotiate personal injury cases, ensuring an efficient and effective process.

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to settlement (separate Litigation department)
• Negotiate settlements with relevant parties in personal injury cases
• Ensure all case details are accurately recorded and updated in the case management system (FileVine)
• Liaise with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on case progress
• Assist in creating a positive office culture
• Provide regular reports to the senior management on the status of personal injury cases
• Handle client concerns and ensure their needs are met in a professional and timely manner

  5+ YOE in Personal Injury Law
  Experience handling 75+ Pre-Litigation cases at a given time
  Strong customer service skills
  Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters
