Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing accident benefits files and litigation files
  • Ordering productions such as medical records, etc.
  • Drafting correspondence to other counsel, insurance companies, clients etc.
  • Communicating with clients
  • Preparation and drafting of Pleadings, Affidavit of Documents, Motions, Mediation and Pre-trial Memoranda, etc.
  • Management of Undertakings and Refusals

Skill Set Required:

  • 2+ years practical experience
  • Knowledge of the SABS, LAT and Tort claims
  • Ability to carry a large caseload and to manage multiple files and assigned tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Serious candidates must have the ability to work autonomously with menial supervision
  • Proficiency with various computer applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
