Description:
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing accident benefits files and litigation files
- Ordering productions such as medical records, etc.
- Drafting correspondence to other counsel, insurance companies, clients etc.
- Communicating with clients
- Preparation and drafting of Pleadings, Affidavit of Documents, Motions, Mediation and Pre-trial Memoranda, etc.
- Management of Undertakings and Refusals
Skill Set Required:
- 2+ years practical experience
- Knowledge of the SABS, LAT and Tort claims
- Ability to carry a large caseload and to manage multiple files and assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Serious candidates must have the ability to work autonomously with menial supervision
- Proficiency with various computer applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
