QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE THAT PAVE THE WAY FOR SUCCESS

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Previous insurance experience or RIBO license an asset
  • A team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Applied Epic Business management system an Asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Effective organizational skills and time management

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • New Business Processing on Carrier Partner Portals
  • Maintaining follow-up on activities in BMS
  • Prepare all letters and appropriate documents that relate to the above, as well as mail documents
  • Review and quality check documentation as it relates to above
  • Assemble and create application packages for new business on behalf of Sharp producers
  • Reception back up when scheduled
  • Renewal, reissue, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and New business reconciliation
  • Monthly Data clean up and Weekly Expiry reports, eDoc check and Pastdue Reports, renewal releases and boat policies
  • Maintain Shared inbox for Digital products, new business applications and manual invoicing carriers
  • Work with finance department and personal lines dept. to review and correct commission differences
  • Assist with monthly or weekly audits to confirm transactions processed correctly
  • Other duties may be required
