ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our Personal Insurance Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a book of business and delivering exceptional service while being supported by a great leadership team and work culture. Reporting to the Manager of personal Insurance, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead with Expertise: Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Drive Value: Service, quote, and sell personal insurance products, including home, auto, and other coverages, ensuring comprehensive solutions.
  • Deliver Excellence: Foster trust and loyalty by providing an exceptional client experience, going above and beyond to protect what matters most to our clients.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Underwrite new and existing business, leveraging your skills in pricing and risk analysis to ensure effective coverage strategies.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work alongside a dedicated team of brokers and leaders, benefiting from a culture of mentorship, coaching, and support.
  • Make an Impact: Contribute insights and innovative ideas to drive the company forward as a valued member of our Personal Insurance Team.
