Our office is growing so we are looking to expand our small but mighty team. This is a newly created role, so you get to help shape what success looks like. This role will work as a part of a team, actively service, maintain, help grow a personal lines book of business, and be a champion for our culture. This role will be 100% in office as that works best for our team and our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be RIBO licensed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines Broker experience.
  • Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
  • Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets, staying open to new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rock star service, managing all aspects of the customer life cycle from quote to renewal, endorsements, remarket and cancellations.
  • Although this is primarily a service role, you will also help grow the book through new business sales, referrals, cross/upsell
  • Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients; they are looking to you to be their trusted advisor to make sure they have the right protection for their unique needs.
  • Take new claim reports, help clients navigate through this process with empathy, and submit them to the insurance carrier
  • Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding activities are resolved.
  • Provide support to the brokers where necessary.
