art-K is a private art education service which teaches children (who love art!). art-K has developed a specialist art program that tutors art skills to create great pieces of art. We are the largest children’s art education service in England, teaching over 5500 children nationally per week!

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The job holder’s purpose is to assist art-K’s Creative Director across a range of functions, including administration, diary management, planning training, and ad hoc events, such as company outings. The job holder will be looking to assist in the effectiveness of the Creative Director in supporting the processes and procedures of her office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is supporting the Creative Director in any way requested. This will include, but isn’t limited to:
- Writing out projects as dictated by the Creative Director.
- Create prototype project examples as directed.
- Administrative support for the Creative Director.
- Coordinating visits and meetings.
- Setting up our training facility for training with staff or for franchise visits (or other requirements).
- Collate interview packs & prepare for interviews.
- Where required, supporting on visits. Afterwards helping report and record mileage.
- Ad hoc other duties as requested and agreed.
