Description:

We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and efficient Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a high level of professionalism in handling all correspondence and communication between the CEO and various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a personal assistant or secretary role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Multitasking capabilities and a solution-oriented approach.

    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including departments, clients, and partners.
  • Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare and prioritize reports, presentations, and documents for the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient task management.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and handling requests.
  • Assist with project management, follow-ups, and tracking deliverables across various teams.
  • Handle personal tasks for the CEO as required.
