Description:
We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and efficient Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a high level of professionalism in handling all correspondence and communication between the CEO and various departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in a personal assistant or secretary role, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including departments, clients, and partners.
- Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare and prioritize reports, presentations, and documents for the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient task management.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and handling requests.
- Assist with project management, follow-ups, and tracking deliverables across various teams.
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO as required.
