Personal Support Worker Job Description

Active Visions in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to an adult woman with a disability in her late 20s, helping participate in a variety of activities to enhance her quality of life.
As a Personal Support Worker at Active Visions, your primary duty will be to assist individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and household chores. You will also be responsible for encouraging and facilitating participation in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
The ideal candidate for this position will be patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We are currently looking for someone who can provide services to this individual in the North Center area!
