REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GHHS PSW POSITIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a PSW in a long-term care setting
- Certification: Valid PSW certificate from a recognized program (e.g., NACC or Ontario College)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
- 2-Step TB test or Chest X-ray (within the last 6 months)
- Mask Fit Testing & Flu Shot
- Immunization Records: MMR, Varicella, tDap (Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Proof of 3 doses with a QR code
