JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be the main contact between company and offshore personnel
Manage and carry out crew changes in cooperation with customer
Have control of / check employee skills, courses and certificates
Booking of helicopter, flight, hotel and courses for employees
Registration, update and maintenance of personal data
Checking timesheets for offshore personnel each month
Responsible for the reasonable disposal of the annual work and ensuring maximum utilization of available offshore days
Ensure good and healthy communication between company and offshore employees, including information to and from offshore employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably experience as similar position
Good data knowledge, including SAP
Good knowledge of union agreements (OSA)
Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English

The candidates we are looking for must be solution-oriented, dare to make unpopular decisions and have good organizational skills. In addition, the candidate must have good collaboration skills, work independently and be able to perform under high pressure.
