JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Personnel Administration & HR Analytics Coordinator, you will optimize administrative processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include managing up-to-date employee information and overseeing mass payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll data.
You will collaborate with personnel administration teams to implement best practices and conduct compliance checks. Additionally, your analysis of HR data will help identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making. Your contributions will enhance the HR experience for employees and promote a culture of efficiency within the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain effective documentation and information management of employee and company data, ensuring adherence to the organization’s privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Accurately execute personnel administration processes in the system, including onboarding, terminations, promotions, and personnel movements.
  • Provide necessary information to the Payroll department to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
  • Advise and deliver high-quality information to employees regarding their individual data.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to departmental processes, analyses, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with personnel administration policies.

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Adhere to the company’s established policies and procedures, avoiding any deviations that could pose workplace risks.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database and provide high-quality information.
  • Respond effectively and promptly to staff needs.
  • Execute payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the submission of incidents.
  • Oversee a total headcount of 750 employees during the off-peak season and 1,000 during peak season.
  • Administer HR systems (TB, Kiosco).

What We’re Looking For In You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of payroll Knowledge of the LFT and LIMSS
  • Proficient in human resources administration ERP.
  • Conflict management, tolerance to work under pressure
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
