Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Non-Profit Organization Coordinator to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 Years previous experience with office administration or related work
- High Scholl Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Recruiting experience
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Carry stock items up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift

Responsibilities:
- Assist the NPO Manager with scheduling volunteers for events.
- Assist with volunteer compliance training and tracking.
- Manage check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days.
- Track and organize non-profit group contracts
- Assist with preparing reports for NPOs on event day,
- Prepare volunteer security badges and credentials as necessary.
- Assist with other administrative task as needed by the unit
