Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Non-Profit Organization Coordinator to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 Years previous experience with office administration or related work
  • High Scholl Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Recruiting experience
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Carry stock items up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the NPO Manager with scheduling volunteers for events.
  • Assist with volunteer compliance training and tracking.
  • Manage check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days.
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts
  • Assist with preparing reports for NPOs on event day,
  • Prepare volunteer security badges and credentials as necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative task as needed by the unit
