REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or related post secondary education in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry or related field
- Familiar with industry specific regulations and standards, ie C-NLOPB, Transport Canada
- Experienced in Contract Management
- Familiar with Offshore Travel Guidelines both local and international
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Personnel Plan to align with project activities.
- Support all personnel movement for the Project both Marine and Subsea offshore and dredging campaigns.
- Work closely with project team to identify support issues and implement continuous improvement opportunities/recommendations in a proactive manner.
- Liaison between contractor representatives as it relates to contract interpretation and personnel management.
- Support all project planning by maintaining required personnel levels.
- Manage and maintain the master Personnel On Board (POB) register for all vessels
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings to align and mitigate any personnel management/level issues.
- Work collaboratively with Logistics Department to identify and manage change.
- Provide additional logistics support to the project where required.
- Ensure all personnel adhere to the training and regulatory requirements for offshore travel
