POSITION SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping dental practices deliver seamless patient experiences. From handling inbound and outbound calls to scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records, you’ll be the go-to person for creating smooth and welcoming interactions. Whether you’re managing patient inquiries or assisting with administrative tasks, your work will ensure every patient and client feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calls: Spend about 80% of your day answering inbound and making outbound calls, always ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
  • Scheduling appointments: Use your organizational skills to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring everything stays on track.
  • Record keeping: Maintain meticulous digital records for patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Creating a welcoming experience: Provide empathetic and friendly support to all patients, resolving their concerns with care and efficiency.
  • Communication: Collaborate with US-based clients to book appointments and manage inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Administrative support: Act as a virtual receptionist for dental practices, supporting both front and back-office operations.
  • Bookkeeping: Occasionally assist with invoicing and digital recordkeeping as needed.
  • Ad hoc activities: Handle additional tasks that may arise to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
