QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, capable of delivering end-to-end software solutions.
• Proficiency in:

• Back-End: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or other server-side technologies.
• Database Management: SQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• API development and secure system integrations.
• Strong understanding of real-time systems and data synchronization.
• Knowledge of compliance and security best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership potential to guide technical teams in the future.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven success in delivering secure and scalable solutions under tight timelines.
