Job Description:
We are currently seeking Pest Control Technicians to join our Katahdin Team, servicing clients in the Augusta, and Midcoast areas. Pest control, lawn care, or pesticide application experience is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right individual with a strong customer service mindset, career-focus, and healthy work ethic!

Job Type: Full-time, Year-round
Schedule: Monday – Friday position, with an occasional weekend shift.
Work Location: We are currently seeking candidates to serve our clients in the areas of Central and Midcoast Maine.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• The ability to learn practical and technical knowledge of job duties, functions, service and product offerings, industry terminology, work procedures, and company policies.
• Professional and strong oral/written communication skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player with a positive mindset
• Proof of vaccination may be required to serve our commercial clients.
• Successful completion of Background, Driver Record, and Pre-employment Screenings required.
