PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing on-site maintenance tasks, and effectively diagnosing and resolving pest issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hardworking, dependable, honest, and in good physical condition
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No criminal record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights, crouch, and kneel
• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
• Willingness to learn and pay strong attention to detail
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays as needed
• Willingness to work occasional overnights
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certificates as per regulations

DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Clear writing and printing skills for documentation
• No prior pest control experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED required

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in completing basic construction tasks
• Knowledge of basic math concepts such as area and perimeter
• Excellent communication skills
  Candidates who progress to the next stage will be required to submit a Driver’s Abstract. Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and contribute to maintaining a pest-free environment for our valued customers.
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: From $19.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
