ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time individual to manage our pest control programs for CLV Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a long-term pest control strategy for our 72 properties, be efficient in identifying potential issues and effective in delivering solutions. Provide quick and compassionate communication while resolving issues with a smile. They will become a trusted resource for our residents and a long term part of our team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid pest control technician license.
- A valid vehicle and G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong and proficient use of a computer and MS-Office.
- Previous work-related experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Pest Management
- Develop CLV’s strategy for preventative pest control across all properties, prioritizing results with resident satisfaction and safety.
- Work closely with our Operations team, recommend the best course and method of treatment and preventative measures.
Assessment and Treatments
- Ensure completion of all work orders, with timely response to emergency calls.
- Maintain exceptional customer service skills to ensure residents’ needs are attentively met. Answer all resident inquiries in a professional manner and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve any concerns.
- Perform routine and preventative exterior and interior inspections, resolve potential points of entry.
- Completing daily reports and individual unit service reports.
- Schedule preventative pest control measures
Team Relations
- Act as primary point of contact for the operations team.
- Ability to work closely within a team environment, as well as independently.
Recommend best course of action, method of treatment, and preventative measures for the operations team
Health and Safety
Support an environment that follows all health, safety, environmental and emergency procedures.
- Ensure knowledge is updated and refreshed when new procedures arise.
Emergency Response
- Be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays to address emergencies promptly.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
