As a Claims Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of helping our members navigate the claims process, providing them with the support and assurance they need during challenging times.

• $31.62 commencement rate + superannuation + penalty rates
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with rotational rosters between 7am-7:00pm, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday shift approx. every 8 weeks.
• To ensure we set you up for success and provide you with all the support you need, you will begin with on-site training at our Eight Mile Plains office. After the initial training period, you will transition to a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

• Assist our members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice.
• Manage claims end-to-end, handling calls professionally and making accurate decisions.
• Discuss and negotiate settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.
• Apply Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.
• Participate in coaching and training to build your and your team’s capabilities.
