Job description
Combined operational and project Senior System Analyst / project lead role for supporting digital projects and operational tasks in a GxP environment.
In these projects, not only advisory tasks such as architecture proposals, which are cyber security compliant, need to be performed, and project content needs to be developed (defining scope based on user requirements), but also operational tasks such as installing applications at server and desktop level, documenting installation instructions, training end users, configuring applications, and managing the change process (CCR), as well as coordinating tasks such as helping to draft and follow up on (detailed) planning together with/under the leadership of business and other project managers, and taking responsibility for timely delivery of tasks within time and budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

Experience as a project lead and/or Agile SCRUM.
Analytical skills.
Extensive experience in writing (detailed) specifications, procedures & work instructions, training materials, etc.
Knowledge of servers, workstations, Citrix, etc.
Knowledge of IoT systems and communication protocols.
Microsoft operating systems (W10 and server 2016, 2019, 2022) (MCSE certification is an advantage).
Knowledge of networking essentials, TCP/IP, Antivirus solutions, remote administration, Active Directory, client-server architecture, and IT infrastructure in general.
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and servers.
Ability to provide advice within a general (cyber security) framework regarding architectural and design principles that align with Sanofi standards.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, show initiative to provide solutions, and achieve results independently.
Ability to write specifications. Knowledge of validation methodology is an advantage.
Experience in developing and drafting architectural and design specifications, compliant with Sanofi principles and CyberSecurity considerations.
Flexible and service-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication, speaking, listening, and writing in a clear and understandable manner, both in Dutch and English.
Ability to work individually, independently, and in an organized manner.
Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
Good knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, and CFR21Part11 rules is a plus.
Interest in new technologies and trends such as AI is a plus.
