Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, particularly within SAP environments, and will play a crucial role in transforming and processing Electronic Data Integration (EDI) from SAP to various systems. This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, along with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.

Proven experience in EDI transformation and processing from SAP to different systems.
Strong understanding of Master Data setup and management.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP OTC processes.
Ability to create and maintain technical and functional documents.
Familiarity with different types of testing methodologies (UAT, SST, SAT).

Responsibilities:

Lead EDI transformation and processing from SAP to different systems.
Set up and manage Master Data Management processes.
Configure and customize SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories.
Conduct various types of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Testing (SST), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
