QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Exceptional writing and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Strong time management, prioritizing, and organizing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with standard software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work; Healthcare/Pharma experience is required.
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities of our Pharmaceutical Copywriter include, but are not limited to:
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Write creative copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action, varying voice, style, and other characteristics as needed.
- Interpret creative briefs and produce creative content from concepts to execution, conducting research to understand client’s needs and target audiences.
- Write and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials, collaborating with client service managers, strategists, and creative staff on timelines, resources, and execution.
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team and clients, participating in client pitches as needed.
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to regulatory standards and requirements for successful submissions, following best practices for annotations.
- Identify and process permissions for copyrighted material reproduction.
- Participate in regulatory responsibilities to gain asset approvals.
Project Management:
- Use company project management and communication software effectively.
- Attend job-related meetings and incorporate client feedback to address it.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and short turnaround times.
