Description:
Delhi Pharmasave is a locally owned and operated independent community pharmacy that takes an active interest in optimizing the health and wellness of our community.
We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time staff pharmacist to join our highly collaborative, experienced, dynamic and proactive team. Located only a short drive from Simcoe, Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Paris, or Brantford and minutes from the beaches in Southwestern Ontario. Kroll, experienced pharmacy assistant and technician support. Successful candidates must have a passion for community practice, a willingness to practice to the fullest extent of their scope and be committed to providing optimal pharmaceutical care in an environment that is invigorating, positive, friendly, collaborative and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance of prescription technical and therapeutic verification.
- Performance of medication reviews and completion of appropriate documentation.
- Identification and resolution of actual and potential drug therapy problems during therapeutic verification and/or medication reviews, and completion of appropriate pharmaceutical opinion documentation.
- Knowledge and skill surrounding vaccine administration.
- Collaboration and delegation for the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care and promoting innovative community pharmacy practice.
- Performance of any other duties or activities as mutually agreed upon by both the individual and the designated manager.
- Practice within the fullest extent of the scope of practice for pharmacists in Ontario as set forth by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Registered Pharmacist (Part A) in excellent standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Experience in community pharmacy practice preferred.
- New grads and interns welcome to apply.

- Injection Certificate (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (preferred)
