Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist in charge to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the drugstore complies with all Ministry of Health (MOH) and other regulatory body requirements, including proper storage conditions, accurate record-keeping, stock management, and adherence to laws.
- Correspondence: Maintain regular communication with suppliers, MOH, Dubai & Sharjah Municipalities, Customs, Saif-zone, and other relevant entities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Customer Communication: Handle phone inquiries from customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate with the accounts and delivery team to organize daily orders for products and machines, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Logistics Management: Work with shipping and forwarding companies to arrange shipments, including documentation and tracking for international and local deliveries.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and monitor expiration dates to ensure optimal stock levels.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold a valid MOH license.
- Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year related experience.
