As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead our dispensary pharmacy team and work closely with doctors/nurse unit managers to provide centralised patient care. Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is currently expanding to 300+ beds, making it the largest of its kind in the Central Coast NSW region. They offer patients a range of comprehensive specialist services including: emergency, medicine, oncology, cardiology & intensive care

• Oversee & drive a range of specialist pharmacy services across both the ward and clinical dispensary, catering to the needs of our valued patients.
• Mentor and develop the skills of our team, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
• Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage.
