As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead our hospital pharmacy team across the dispensary & retail site to provide centralised patient care to our inpatients & outpatients of the hospital. You will also collaborate with Hospital Executives to drive quality treatment outcomes. St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital is an evolving & expanding hospital with a key focus on Oncology, Critical Care & Emergency departments. This opportunity is perfect for a passionate pharmacist that’s eager to enhance their clinical exposure and relationship management skillset.

  • Oversee & drive a range of specialist pharmacy services across both the ward and clinical dispensary, catering to the needs of our valued patients.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of our team, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
