JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for medication administration, patient education, and providing expert advice on pharmaceutical care.

• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
• Dispense medications and provide detailed instructions on proper usage to patients.
• Monitor patient medication therapies for safety, effectiveness, and adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Provide patient counseling on medication side effects, interactions, and proper administration techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on medical terminology related to medications and treatments.
