Pharmacist Senior Paediatric

About the role
The role will provide direct inpatient care for neonates and children admitted to inpatient wards, as well as advice and support to paediatric outpatients. The position functions with a high degree of independence providing clinical intervention and advice, workflow organisation and service developments relating to paediatrics.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• High level knowledge, skills and expertise in paediatric clinical pharmacy practice and knoweldge of hospital pharmacy service delivery.
• High level ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
• High level ability to provide training, direction, and guidance to health clinicians.
• Ability to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
