THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT - WHAT KEY SKILLS DO I NEED TO APPLY:

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade C and above including English language, and a science subject
  • A level or AS level or equivalent
  • Experience working in a technical administrative environment, text data handling and record keeping to a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentational, and interpersonal)
  • Able to multi-task and continue to function to a high standard when under pressure.
  • Able to communicate well and liaise with people at all levels within and outside Sciensus
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Essentially, you will be responsible for the receipt, data entry, tracking and reporting of adverse events/adverse drug reactions to pharma clients/clinical referral centres and the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.
You would be expected to follow internal standard operating procedures and work instructions to report adverse events and adverse drug reactions as part of the Sciensus over-arching incident and complaints reporting and learning system
