Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensary Technician

at  Student Health Pharmacy

We are looking to hire a part time pharmacist assistant to join our retail Pharmacy in Waterloo. No evenings or weekends. Will require 25-30 hours a week. Minimum $18 per hour based on your level of experience.

2 YEARS OF PHARMACY TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Job Description:The successful candidate MUST have previous pharmacy experience and duties will include filling prescriptions, processing transactions,prescription intake and cashier duties

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Cash register experience is required
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Proficient computer/data/entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated customer service experience capable of working in a busy environment
• Reliable and committed work ethic with an ability to take direction, completing assigned tasks efficiently within expected timelines
• Mandarin speaking is an asset
• Must have experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or do not apply
• Knowledge of Kroll Software system is a must

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
