Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Delivery Person to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be delivering medications to treatment homes. This position requires a compassionate individual who is reliable, observant, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while providing outstanding service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, enhancing communication within healthcare settings but not required.
  • Knowledge of medication administration processes is beneficial for understanding delivery requirements but not required as we will provide training.
  • Experience as a pharmacy assistant or in patient care roles will be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver medications to clients and healthcare facilities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Witness medication administration as per regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with patients and caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Support the pharmacy team in achieving operational goals and objectives as needed.
