As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to lead our dynamic team.
Our client are one of Canada’s largest Retail chains. The store does 150-200 rx per day and there are full assistants and over lapping coverage. The Shift Times are 8 am to 4 pm or 2 pm to 10 on weekdays and weekends (on Rotation)

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in dispensing medications.
Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
Customer Service:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
Stay abreast of industry changes and update pharmacy practices accordingly.
Inventory Management:
Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
Financial Management:
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders to optimize patient care outcomes.
Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current pharmacy license in good standing with the college of ON or any Canadian Province
Previous experience in a pharmacy management role preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices.
Familiarity with pharmacy software Kroll and Health watch.
