Please note that this is for a 12 Month Secondment/FTC
As an Operations Lead you will lead a team of to deliver high quality, patient focussed dispensing activities.
You will be focused on delivering against set targets, complying with standard operating procedures, enabling people to perform to their potential, promoting continual process improvements.

• Data-Driven decision making: Proficient in analysing data and metrics to make informed decisions, drive performance and monitor key performance indicators.
