UFS Healthcare are seeking a Retail Coordinator for our Bacchus Marsh, Grant St Pharmacy. This role may be suitable for an experienced and efficient pharmacy assistant looking to progress their career.

MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• Previous experience working in a pharmacy retail environment.
• Previous experience leading a team – desirable.
• Completed S2/S3.
• IT Savvy.
• Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.

THE ROLE

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm at Bacchus Marsh UFS Pharmacy, 25-27 Grant Street

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Maintain a high level of team morale whilst ensuring high standards in customer service and productivity are achieved.
• Lead the UFS vision, strategy, and values with the team and across the organisation.
• Provide an exceptional in store customer experience.
• Ensure day to day store operations and tasks are attended to in a timely manner.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and inventory management.
• Team Management including rostering, training and performance management.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager to coordinate the Quality Care Pharmacy Program.
