Why this role is important? We are hiring a Student for the Pharmacy Services Strategy & Innovation team. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Services Strategic Initiatives and will be supporting with cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure delivery of the approved strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver various tasks and supporting with maintaining digital enablers roadmap to support the growth of Pharmacy Services portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide project management support with managing the intake, prioritization and product roadmap for multiple enablers initiatives (e.g., digital assets roadmap, etc.) to support growth across Pharmacy Services Portfolio
  • Build and drive reporting for growth enablers across the portfolio
  • Support the strategic planning process with key stakeholders and the Senior Leadership team
  • Assist in strategizing, planning and execution of existing programs within the Pharmacy Services portfolio
  • Assist in any other developing asks as required

What you’ll need:

  • Completing a university degree in Business or Healthcare; MBA or working towards and equivalent Masters degree is an asset
  • Prior working experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare and/or Consulting
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in financial modeling, business case development, program design, workflow mapping
  • Strong analytical skills and consistently exercise sound judgement, ability to assimilate information from many different sources and come up with sound strategic options
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels of organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project/program management skills and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word); experience with product management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is an asset
