PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Location: Bristol – HMP Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time and part time, multiple shifts available
Salary: £29,970-£36,483 per annum, dependent on experience

As part of the South West Prison Healthcare contract awarded to Oxleas NHS trust in 2022, they are now able to expand their recruitment and are looking for compassionate, knowledgeable and motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join their friendly team based in Bristol.

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be required to support the delivery of Pharmacy Services which will be part be of a comprehensive healthcare package with direct patient contact, based on the prison service’s needs. Working on the prison wings, you can expect to be involved in everything from medicine management, dispense medications, screening drug charts & patient counselling.
