ABOUT YOU:

  • A strong understanding of scientific principles, evidence-based skincare, and the management of skin conditions and disorders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty product range is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and deliver effective training programs.
  • Confident presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage, manage, and direct training classes.
  • Experience in the beauty or pharmacy industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven strategic call plan within a defined territory. Your focus will be on engaging with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and other key team members, ensuring they are up-to-date on our innovative product ranges. This involves:

  • Strategic Engagement: Implementing a targeted call plan to effectively engage pharmacy teams, identifying training needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored support.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with pharmacy teams based on rapport and trust.
  • Product Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and the science behind them, including skin conditions and disorders.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and pharmacy insights to effectively position our brands.
  • Training Delivery: Conducting engaging and informative training sessions on our product ranges, including roadshows, banner training, and individual pharmacy calls.
  • Event Representation: Participating in trade fairs, customer events, and conferences as required.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate customer records and utilizing CRM software for reporting and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with field brand peers (commercial, medical) to align strategic plans and drive sales growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying and providing feedback for future training needs and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic training approaches.
