Description:
The National Center of Excellence for the Molecular Prediction of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, PREDICT, is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated PhD fellow in paediatric inflammatory bowel disease to join our international and interdisciplinary group of dedicated researchers at Department of Clinical Medicine, Aalborg University, at the Copenhagen South Harbor campus. The PhD position is open for appointment from 1 December 2024 or soon hereafter.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with a keen interest in paediatric inflammatory bowel diseases. The candidate will ideally have previous experience in working with the NorDIBD cohort.
The ideal candidate has:
- a Master’s degree in Medicine(MD)
- experience with epidemiological research and an ambition to specialize in paediatric IBD
- experience in writing scientific texts
- familiarity with statistical software programming(e.g., R, Stata, or SAS)
- excellent collaborative and teamworking skills
- excellent writing and communication skills in English
