YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Experience in histological approaches,
- Experience in mouse manipulation,
- Authorization for animal experimentation is advised,
- Motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic student with a master thesis in life science, interested in working in a highly interactive environment,
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work on the lab project to determine the developmental features of hypothalamic POMC neuronal sub-populations in mice. This work will rely on multidisciplinary approaches including anterograde and retrograde tracing combined with birth dating, histological approaches (immunohistochemistry and RNAscope in situ hybridization) and microscopy/image analysis.
