As a PhD candidate and part of our “Integrated Energy Systems” team located in Vienna, you will have the opportunity to contribute innovations and shape the research field around system adequacy during and after the energy transition. As part of the “Power System Security 2030+” joint program, combining scientific excellence and specialized experts from the Austrian transmission system operator, your goal will be to analyse the current and future power balance, develop novel methods and solutions, and derive actionable scientific outcomes embedded into the overall energy transition.
