Phlebotomist

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE MUST BE DONOR PHLEBOTOMY TECH-ASCP (DPT), PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN (PBT): MUST HAVE A PHLEBOTOMY TECH CERT FROM ONE OF THESE AGENCIES: ASCP, NPA, ASPT, NCCT, NHA, AMT, NAHP, AMCA, AAH OR ACA.

The Phlebotomist 2 collects and processes quality specimens in a safe manner as outlined in BSWH policies and procedures. Aids in the delivery of exceptional patient care. Assists with training and auditing of behaviors and performance, as assigned.

• EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

• Performs clerical duties.
