Description:
The Phone Operator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all of our clients. Phone operators will be answering incoming calls from our clients and ensure they get directed to the correct team to answer their questions or address concerns.
Schedule: 9am-6pm Eastern Time (Monday-Friday).
Pay rate: $5/hr x 40 hr/week
Duties/Responsibilities:
- In charge of answering all inbound calls /text messages
- Provide clients with Red Carpet customer service
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Document calls with messages to the team member
- Create a task for Client Coordinator or Document Specialist if they are unable to take the call
