REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in photography and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Dianping.
• Demonstrated experience in product and lifestyle photography.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of photography and graphic design work.
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with current trends in photography, design, and social media.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Photographer/Graphic Designer - Creative Specialist. The ideal candidate will be adept at both photography and graphic design, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Dianping. The role involves creating visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand presence. We are particularly interested in seeing your stunning portfolio that showcases your range of photography and design skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photographs.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, and advertisements.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet our brand standards.
• Create and edit basic video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Manage and organize a library of digital assets, including photos, graphics, and videos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, including setting up lighting and props.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
