To reinforce our team, we are looking for a
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Photographic Coverage: Capture high-quality images of events, activities, and campus life, including official group shots for programs and alumni reunions, ensuring brand and tone-of-voice consistency.
- Post-Production: Handle editing, retouching, and image preparation for various formats (digital, print).
- Photo library: Regularly update IMD’s photo library (Digital Asset Management platform), ensuring images are stored and tagged following proper criteria.
- Staff Portraits: Execute photo shoots for staff members.
- Project Management: in tight collaboration with the Project Coordinator, manage photography assignments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
IDEAL PROFILE
- 3-5 years of experience in Photography or Visual Arts, either freelance or in-house.
- Fluent in English, minimum of B2 level required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with knowledge of lighting, composition, and photography techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and across departments.
- A strong eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
- Self-motivated, solutions oriented and can-do spirit, able to work under pressure and with last minute requests.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and maintaining effective communication
- Willingness to work on occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage.
- Passionate about photography, staying updated on trends and continuously seeking to improve.
