The Role
About Us: Novvi Properties is a leading real estate company in Dubai that provides exceptional property brokerage and management services. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photographer to join our Marketing Team and contribute their creative vision to our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dubai’s real estate market, an eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content. Pre-Production: • Coordinate photo and video shoots with real estate agents and property owners. • Collaborate with agents to understand property features and target audiences. • Scout locations and create shot lists that highlight each property’s best qualities. • Advise on minor property staging to enhance visual appeal when needed. Production: • Capture high-quality photos and videos, including interiors, exteriors, and architectural features. • Use professional lighting and camera techniques to create engaging visual content. • Operate drone equipment for aerial photography and videography when appropriate. • Ensure all content aligns with the agency’s quality standards and style guidelines. Post-Production: • Edit photos and videos using professional software to improve clarity, colour, and composition. • Deliver finalised visual assets in formats specified by the Company and agents. Content Creation for Brand Awareness: • Develop creative concepts that showcase the agency’s brand identity and values. • Capture high-quality images and videos of the agency’s team, office, and culture. • Create engaging social media content to promote the agency’s services. • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging. Additional Responsibilities: • Maintain and regularly update photography and videography equipment. • Organise digital assets for easy access and retrieval. • Stay informed about real estate photography trends and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of professional photography experience, ideally within the Dubai real estate market or similar industry. • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. • Strong eye for composition, colour, and lighting to ensure each property is showcased at its best. • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and the marketing team. • Willingness to work on-location at various properties and adapt to last-minute changes in schedule. • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography, including real estate or architectural shots, is required.
